Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted with Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland. For secure and reliable operation, technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested resources, browser information and server logs may be processed by the hosting infrastructure.
Project inquiry form
If you submit the inquiry form, LIVDESIGN processes the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business or brand name, selected project type and message. The purpose is to assess and answer your inquiry and to communicate with you about a possible project.
The form is transmitted directly to LIVDESIGN through the same Infomaniak-hosted website and sent to info@livdesign.ch using Infomaniak's authenticated email service. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so LIVDESIGN can answer your inquiry.
Spam protection
The inquiry form uses simple technical anti-spam measures, including a hidden field, submission timing checks and temporary rate limiting. The rate limit uses a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address; the raw IP address is not stored by the form application for this purpose.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
LIVDESIGN currently does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing trackers on this website. The website itself does not set non-essential cookies. If this changes, this privacy notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before such tools are used.
Recipients and processors
Personal data may be processed by Infomaniak as hosting and email service provider where this is technically necessary to operate the website and deliver project inquiries. LIVDESIGN does not sell personal data to third parties.
Retention
Inquiry data and correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage a possible business relationship, document relevant communication or comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Swiss data protection law, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. Requests can be sent to info@livdesign.ch.
Changes
This privacy notice may be updated if the website, services or legal requirements change.
